This application has been filed by the husband of opposite party for transfer of the Maintenance Case No. 115 of 2018 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. No good ground is made out by the petitioner for transfer of maintenance case. The only ground has been made that as another matter is pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, this maintenance case should also be transferred to the same Court.

In the opinion of this Court, if the present maintenance case is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, it is the wife-opposite party, who will have to face difficulty in coming to Patna.
