This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Amas P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 420/409/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., subsequently an application was made and the petitioner is an accused in the case which were rejected by the District Cooperative Officer-cumCertificate Officer, Gaya vide his order dated 02.07.2019. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed the present application for anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in the case. He also submitted that the Chairman is already in custody and certificate proceeding for recovery of the amount are pending. Considering the above submission, this application is

Case No. 137 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
