The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Yogapatti ( Shanichari ) P.S. Case no.56 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. I have perused the F.I.R. as well as the impugned order.
