Case No. 43 of 2010 dated 24.04.2010, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that in the 1st paragraph of the petition, it has been stated that charge-sheet in this case has been submitted by the I.O.

This is a case of the year 2010.

No good ground has been made out in the petition for quashing of the F.I.R.
