====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the I.P.C. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons assaulted the informant and looted his Nokia Mobile, cash of Rs. 1900/- and photo copy of the papers of the vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and similarly situated co-accused have already been granted bail by the Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28229 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 35256 of 2016, by orders dated 27.09.2016 and 20.08.2016, respectively. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33728 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 8th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015.
