JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bikramganj PS Case No. 362 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that only a double barrel gun is said to have been recovered without any cartridge, there is no independent witness of the seizure list, both are Home Guards, and the petitioner is a transporter having clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ramjai Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge lst - cum ACJM Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj PS Case No. 362 of 2017.
