NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 14-03-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of B.N.Mandal University, Madhepura.

Petitioner retired from the post of Professor and Head of Department, Political Science, M.J.M. Mahila College, Katihar which is a constituent college under the B.N.Mandal University with effect from 31.01.2018. The prayer of the petitioner is for payment of entire pension including arrear with effect from 01.02.2018 salary from October-2016 to 08.05.2017

Patna High Court CWJC No.5177 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 gratuity, group insurance, leave encashment along with interest and other retiral benefits which she is entitled. Petitioner has already submitted a representation before the respondent no.6, The Finance Officer, B.N.Mandal University, Madhepura for payment of her retiral dues.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation before the respondent no.5, The Registrar, B.N.Mandal University, Madhepura which will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within two months thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post. Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
