JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 This modification has been filed for modification of order dated 18.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1266 of 2019, which was disposed of with direction to the learned court below to verify the injury and if the injuries are simple in nature, he will release the petitioner on bail. However, on verification, the injury was found to be grievous in nature.

The ground taken by learned counsel for the petitioner for modification of order dated 18.01.2019 is that initially there was no injury report, however, later on injury report has been brought on record, which is procured one.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13611 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order dated 18.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1266 of 2019. This application is accordingly dismissed.
