Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2016 in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015 registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 325, 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 13.01.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 53002 of 2016. Now charges have been framed in this case, which is evident from annexure-9 to the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner and the petitioner has been rotting in judicial custody for the last one and half year.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44946 of 2017 (6) dt.07-02-2018 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IVth, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015.
