The petitioner has been in custody since 30.10.2010 in connection with Special Case No. 5602 of 2017 arising out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 249 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 5602 of 2017 arising out of Bikram
