Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 466, 468, 474 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is an Advocate Clerk.

The complaint lodged against the petitioner would reveal that the petitioner had identified a fictitious person who had sworn affidavits at the time of filing of the referred Cr. Miscellaneous Application.

Submission is that the petitioner had done identification at the dictate of the Advocate with whom the petitioner was attached and the concerned Advocate has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12726 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No.404 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
