2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A and 34 IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the D.P.Act registered in connection with Kurhni P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner, a person of clean antecedents, has been falsely implicated. In any event the petitioner offers to deposit an amount of Rs.1,500/- per month regularly for the benefit of OP No. 2.

4. Learned Counsel for the complainant appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 24.09.2014 pending in the Court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25014 of 2014 (5) dt.19-08-2015 learned S.D.J.M.(West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhni P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 is hereby confirmed with additional condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by OP No. 2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled and also subject to the following further conditions: (i) The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and make himself available as and when so required and in case of failure, the State shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. (ii) The petitioner shall remain physically present as and when required during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
