The petitioner is in custody in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017, a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against un-known. The petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2017. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I. parade. Nothing was recovered from his possession. He has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation is complete now. Only allegation against the petitioner is that his name has surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused during investigation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11173 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Panjwara Police Station Case No. 107 of 2017 with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
