The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. He is in custody since 10.11.2017. In the past prayer, bail of the petitioner was rejected on 20.09.2018. Though charge has already been framed, however no prosecution witness has turned up thereafter. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and the fact that there is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or

No.14895 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 hamper the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S. Tr. No. 83/18/279/18 arising out of Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
