The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 19.6.2017 in Kochas P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(a), 35, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition And Excise Act , 2016 has prayed for grant of bail . It has been alleged that petitioner was apprehended from a vehicle i.e. TERRANO NISSAN Car and from the said vehicle huge quantity of Indian make foreign liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition to show petitioner is having clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner Karamjeet be
