JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27663 of 2013 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 24.07.2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
