The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30/30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is contended that as per allegation, 6 litres of country made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.06.2017.
Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33964 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Soh Sarai P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
