The petitioner has been in custody since 05.10.2017 in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 254/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/54 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against the brother of the petitioner Vikas Kumar and not this petitioner. Only because he is said to have stated that his brother likes the girl and has eloped with her, the petitioner has been taken into custody.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances and the manner in which the girl had disappeared from school and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner
