Petitioner in the present writ application prays for payment of interest at the rate of 12.5% on the GPF amount which has been calculated at a lower rate and also calculate the deductions on account of GPF from May, 1985 to March, 1986. He submits that due to wrong calculation an amount of Rs.2,43,887/- is dues for which he has filed a detailed representation before the respondent no.6, The District Provident Fund Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah on 28.09.2018 which is Annexure-2 of the writ application. He

Patna High Court CWJC No.5862 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 submits that a detailed representation has also been filed before the respondent no.2, The District Magistrate, Bettiah, District West Champaran at Bettiah on 18.12.2018 as contained in Annexure-3 to the writ application. Petitioner retried on 31.07.2012 from Motilal Rajkiyakrit Vidyalaya, Majhauli, West Champaran from the post of Assistant Teacher. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, The District Magistrate, Bettiah, District West Champaran, at Bettiah to look into the representation filed on 18.12.2018 as contained in Annexure-3 which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
