Petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 04 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 125 liters of liquor was seized from the room of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.1.2019.
