1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(a) A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for commanding the Respondents to pay Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand) of G.P.F. alongwith additional interest of 4% (Four percent) rate of interest may be realized from the pocket of the concerned Accountant.

(b) A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4488 of 2022(2) dt.23-01-2024 2/2 commanding the Respondents to pay R.H.A. (Rishk Hardship Allowance) to the petitioner with an interest."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been paid the outstanding G.P.F. amount to the tune of Rs.90,000/-, however, the interest over the delayed payment of the same has not been paid, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Director General, B.S.F., Lodhi Road, New Delhi, for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
