Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Two stolen motorcycles were recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that occurrence Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 342 of 2017 was registered. The petitioner was allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5446 of 2018 (Annexure-3). Out of two motorcycles, one was stolen property of the present case. Hence, the petitioner was remanded in this case also. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.19919 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mashrakh Police Station Case No. 319 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below.
