Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R, ten unknown miscreants, on the point of gun, took away the tractor of the informant from driver. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in FIR and only on the basis of suspicion he has been made accused in this case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that the name of petitioner has come during course of investigation and has got three criminal antecedent. Considering the gravity of offence and since petitioner has got three criminal antecedent, prayer for
