The petitioners, ten in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under different sections of the Indian Forest Act. The petitioners were not apprehended on the spot. One Mathura Paswan was apprehended by the Forest Guard, who disclosed the names of the petitioners. It is alleged that the petitioners put net to catch different species of animals and birds. No.20055 of 2015 (3) dt.03-07-2015 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Forest Case No. 21/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
