The application seeks modification in the order dated 25.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53225 of 2015. By the said order, he was directed to be released on production of a demand draft or proof of payment of sum of Rs. 1,00000/- (one lac) in favour of the informant. The application seeks extension of two weeks time for production of the demand draft or the proof of payment of a sum of Rs. 1,00000/- (one lac). Annexure-B, is the demand draft which the petitioner has already obtained on 09.03.2016 in favour of the informant Sh. Sanjay Kumar Jha. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13960 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 and after hearing both sides, the application is allowed. The time granted in order dated 25.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53225 of 2015 is extended to 11th April, 2016.
