Petitioner is in custody since 22.2.2018 in connection with C-III No. 74 of 2018 for the offence under section 37(6) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended in a drunken condition. After the breath analyzer test, petitioner was found to have consumed liquor.
Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for more than two months on the allegation of consuming liquor, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
