The instant application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no.2 by this Court vide order dated 26.6.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 16703 of 2018.

Learned counsel for petitioner ( informant) has submitted that police after investigation has submitted charge sheet on 31.8.2018 under Sections 376 and Sections 3(1)(x) (S)/3(2)(V) of the SC/ST Act. Thereafter, cognizance has been taken by court below on 12.3.2019 under the aforesaid Sections. Earlier, the opposite party no.2 was granted anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16177 of 2019(5) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 bail by this Court vide order dated 26.6.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 16703 of 2018 on merit by speaking order. This Court does not find any new ground in this application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no.2 vide order dated 26.6.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 16703 of 2018. Therefore, the instant petition filed by petitioner for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no.2 is hereby rejected.
