The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case No. 195 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 401, 403, 411, 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner is a member of a gang engaged in stealing motorcycles and one motorcycle is recovered from his house said to be stolen one. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2017 and has no criminal antecedent.

Whereas learned counsel for the State submits that several stolen motorcycles were recovered from other accused persons and one from the possession of this petitioner Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Ritesh Kumar, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12120 of 2018(4) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 on bail, after framing of charge, upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2017.
