Case No. 157 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of three country made pistols.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he nothing has been recovered form the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused in this case at the instance of the police. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 30.03.2017. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides, considering the fact and

No.34907 of 2017 (2) dt.04-08-2017 circumstances of the case and in view of the recovery of three country made pistols, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, his application for regular bail is, accordingly, rejected.
