JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, corresponding to S.T. No. 125 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Ashok Kumar Yadav. The petitioner has been remanded in this case on 18.4.2018. He has remained in custody for more than 10 months.

Considering the period of custody in a case under Sections 413, 414/34, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail
