08-11-2017 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Sri Madan Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the 4th attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. For the first time, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected by assigning detailed reason on 15-12-2015, vide Cr. Misc. No. 52863 of 2015. The prayer for bail was rejected considering the nature of accusation as well as the fact that petitioner was accused in number of cases of serious nature. Thereafter, twice again, the prayer for bail was rejected and this Court had directed the Trial Court to take step for final disposal of the case.

Earlier, by order dated 13-09-2017, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the case, which has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36244 of 2017(3) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 been received and kept at flag 'A'. The report dated 23rd September, 2017 indicates that in the case, after conclusion of argument, the judgment was reserved, however; the learned Trial Judge was waiting for the report of D.N.A. from the F.S.L., Patna.

In view of report of the learned Trial Judge, there is no reason to review my earlier order.

The prayer for bail again stands rejected.
