Petitioner seeks bail in Jurawanpur P.S.Case No.34 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506, 452 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act on the ground of parity as one similarly situated co accused, Ajay Rai, has already been admitted to bail vide Cr.Misc. No.8923 of 2018 on 15.02.2018 as the allegation against Subodh Rai, Uma Shankar Rai and Ajay Rai is that they all shot at brother of the informant Anil Rai who sustained only one injury on his left hand and there is also land dispute between the parties. Allegation of shooting is not against the petitioner rather the said allegation is against Munki Rai and Shiv Chandra Rai and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
