The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.1, Rumal Yadav.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no.1, Rumal Yadav. The petitioner no.2 seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner no.2 is a woman is a person with clean antecedent and

No.16376 of 2023(2) dt.25-05-2023 2/2 from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that on account of dispute relating to grazing of the field of the informant by the goat of the petitioner, the occurrence took place, in which, it is alleged that Rumal Yadav assaulted the informant with Bhujali causing injury. It is next submitted that as far as this petitioner is concerned, she is wife of Ruman Yadav and no specific allegation has been alleged against her.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner no.2, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bailbonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pranav Kumar, the learned J. M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P. S. Case No.293 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
