====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 The petitioner, seeks bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 14/2020, dated 10.01.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that on secret information that miscreants have assembled with stolen motorcycles, a raid was conducted in which three accused persons were arrested with stolen motorcycles. On there pointing, another stolen motorcycle was recovered from the same place.

The petitioner was also named by the aforesaid arrested persons as one of their associates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13359 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 best, the case against the petitioner would only be on the basis of confession of a co-accused person. There has not been any recovery from the petitioner and he is in custody since 11.01.2020.

The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforestated facts, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M, Sherghati, District, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 14/2020.

The application stands allowed.
