====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a), 38 and 47 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 360 liters of country made liquor were recovered from the vehicle which was being boarded by the petitioners. It is further contended that the coaccused Sonu Dubbey has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31867 of 2017. It is urged that the petitioners are in custody since 4.05.2017. It is claimed that their antecedents are clean. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

No.34656 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.232 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
