The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation that the petitioners assaulted the son of the informant as a result of which he had to be admitted in the Surgical Emergency Ward of PMCH, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13865 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the application for pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
