====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 197 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the informant is that while he was proceeding after collecting cash from village Mednipur, two persons ridding on a motorcycle apprehended him and looted cash and two mobiles on gun points.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. is against unknown persons, no recovery has been made from the petitioner and he is in jail since more than six months. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33639 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 bail.
Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 197 of 2016.
