The petitioners seek bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.375 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand of cash Rs.50,000/- and a motorcycle and disposing of her dead body.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are parents-in-law of the daughter of the informant. The petitioner no.1 is in custody since

More so, Bhola Prajapati, the husband of the daughter of the informant, is already in custody. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti PS. Case No.375 of 2019.
