The petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 20.02.2015 issued by District Education Officer, Saran whereby petitioner's claim for giving promotion in post graduate scale has been rejected.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus direction to respondents to give promotion to the petitioner in post graduate scale

Patna High Court CWJC No.4803 of 2019(6) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 with effect from 31.12.2017.

(iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus direction to respondents to give promotion to the petitioner on the post of Headmaster with all consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the State submits that a supplementary counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No.5 and it is stated at para-6 that the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Headmaster w.e.f. 31.12.2022 in pay scale 9300-34800 Grade pay-4800 and revised pay scale 47600-151100, Level-08 and posted in respective school vide memo No.1385 dated 01.12.2023. It is submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, since the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed, this writ application is hereby disposed of.
