The petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail on 06.10.2020 in Cr.Misc. No.3484 of 2020 on undertaking of the petitioner to deposit entire defalcated amount, in the account from where the money was withdrawn, in ten installments.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that five installments have already been deposited and since the petitioner is suffering from financial crisis, further time be allowed for deposit of the remaining installments. The provisional anticipatory bail is extended for next

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20352 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 six months.

In the meantime, the opposite parties shall release the provident fund amount, leave encashment amount and gratuity in favour of the petitioner, subject to condition that the petitioner, soon after receipt of the aforesaid amount or part thereof, shall deposit in the same account.

Accordingly, this modification application stands allowed to the aforesaid extent.
