Apart from the fact that this writ petition is defective, inasmuch as the affidavit is incomplete, even otherwise the relief prayed is vague, inasmuch as nothing specific has been prayed by the petitioner save and except a blanket direction to the respondents not to harass him in issuance of electricity bill. A cause of action for any litigant arises from a particular act and cannot be on a vague indefinite circumstance. In so far as the certificate proceedings put to question is concerned, the petitioner would be well advised to raise his objection before the Certificate Officer.

No cause for interference is made out either on grounds of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10933 of 2014 (5) dt.16-02-2017 merit or maintainability of the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed.
