Petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Jhajha P.S. Case No.186 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. From reading of the F.I.R. it is apparent that the informant and the petitioners are all family members and there are disputes as between them. There is a counter case also in which the informant, who is the accused person has sustained injury. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13364 of 2016 (3) dt.30-05-2016 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 186 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
