JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For setting aside the entire process of tender in furtherance to tender notice dated 31.12.2014 as contained in memo no. 2301 purported to have been issued by the signature and authority of respondent no. 5 whereby and whereunder tender notice had been issued, inviting the contractors to supply certain goods.

(ii) Commanding the respondents authorities particularly the respondent no. 5 to follow with the guideline whereby it has been directed that uniform conditions should be laid down all over the state to maintain uniformity and to bring on record the entire documents with/without considerations thereof in the present matter for tender. (iii) Grant of any other incidental or consequential relief or reliefs for which the petitioner can be found entitled for."

2. As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was passed over for a few cases. However on repeat call, the petitioner was again not represented.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the contract of the petitioner was for the financial year 2015-16 which has now elapsed and hence the writ petition has clearly become infructuous by efflux of time.

4. Having regard to the stand of the respondents, the writ petition stands dismissed.
