2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/ 149/341/323/307/354/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons armed with iron rod, pistol, sword etc., assaulted the informant and others due to which three persons sustained grievous injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to petty dispute, an altercation took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injures. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no allegation of specific overt

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna/ concerned court in connection with Sigaudi P.S. Case No. 134/2023.
