Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report but in course of investigation FIR named accused Ram Tiwary was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing this fact that it was petitioner who arranged fire-arm and also went along with him to commit the occurrence.

However, the co-accused Ram Tiwary confessed that it was he who shot fire on the deceased.

Case No. 119 of 2018.
