JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to consider the request made by the petitioner in her representations dated 11.11.2019 and 22.01.2020 for extension of work and allow her to complete the tender work for three years.

The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation, hence, the same be directed to be disposed off. Considering the short submission of the learned Senior

Patna High Court CWJC No.4660 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3, i.e. the Divisional Railway Manager(C), Samastipur, Office of the Divisional Railway Manager, Eastern Central Railway, Samastipur, District- Samastipur, and in case such representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
