JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 The prayer made in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to create jamabandi in the name of the petitioner in place of her deceased mother.

A bare perusal of the prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition would show that the petitioner has not availed the appropriate remedy and the remedy of the petitioner lies elsewhere, hence liberty is granted to the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
