Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant. The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that the petitioner forcefully married with her. Submission is that the matter is of love affairs. The parties have already entered into a marriage and compromise.
