JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 The petitioner has put to challenge an order dated 07.03.2018, passed by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Sadar, Motihari. Learned counsel for the petitioner appreciates that the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the appellate authority under Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009, which the petitioner has not availed.

He seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file appeal against the said order dated 07.03.2018. This application is, accordingly, disposed of with the
