The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 252 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 324, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that F.I.R. has been registered under Sections 302 of the IPC read with other Sections, as investigation is required to be conducted, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
